At the 2011 Annual Business Meeting, the Board of Directors introduced the Consumers Energy Advocacy Program to encourage member involvement in the cooperative. The goals of the program are to:
Seek member input.
Educate members regarding the cooperative.
Inform members about important issues we are facing as a co-op family.
All interested members are encouraged to sign up for the program. Consumers Energy is striving to gain the valuable input of the membership prior to entering our Strategic Planning. The Board of Directors will be holding the Strategic Planning session early in 2012 to set the course for the future of the cooperative.
