Service Reconnection

Prior to the reconnection of any member who owes the cooperative for any past electric or natural gas service, a member shall pay the past due account for the service, plus a deposit if one is not on file.

Members who have been disconnected for 120 days or less and who are not in default of a payment agreement will be given the option of spreading payments for their past due amount over at least 12 months. Members who have been disconnected for more than 120 days and who are not in default of a payment agreement will have the option of spreading their past due amount payments evenly over at least 6 months. These agreements will also include a provision for payment of the current account.
