Deleana Roseland is Recognized at CIPCO Annual Meeting
Each year during CIPCO's annual meeting, recognition awards are
given to member system marketing and communication personnel who
made outstanding accomplishments during the year.
During 2001, Deleana Roseland, Commercial Account Executive, spent
a grueling week at the University of Nebraska in an effort to acquire
certification as a Key Account Executive. Before attending the first
class, she was required to spend hours gathering research on large
accounts and preparing for a difficult final exam. Following week
long classes and successful completion of the final exam, Deleana
also developed and submitted a formal business and customer marketing
plan to be certified.
In addition to the usual riggers of this program, Deleana is new
to the electric and natural gas industry and has had the task of
learning the basics. However, this did not keep her from completing
all requirements of the program and being recognized by CIPCO as
a certified Key Account Executive.
