Post-Annual Meeting
SEPT, 3 2004, MARSHALLTOWN — Consumers Energy held its 66th Annual Meeting on September 2, 2004, at the Marshalltown Senior High School in Marshalltown. Over 325 members and guests of the cooperative attended the business meeting.
Elected to three-year terms were Gilbert Berrey of Albion, Daniel L. Dadisman of Nevada, and Randy Sorenson of Elkhart.

Mark Tinnermeier, President of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting, which included reports from Daniel Lee Dadisman, Secretary-Treasurer, on the financial status of the cooperative. Brian Heithoff, CEO/General Manager, entertained questions from the audience about the cooperative during his Manager’s Report. In addition, he spent several minutes speaking about trends in the energy industry.
Consumers Energy is a progressive energy delivery and energy management cooperative serving 4,900 members and customers in Marshall, Story, Polk, Tama and Jasper Counties since 1938. Today Consumers Energy is perched on the threshold of a new and challenging future.
