Round Up Your Monthly Energy Bill And Support Future Renewable Energy Projects Here In Central Iowa

1. What is "Round-Up For Renewables"?
   "Round-Up For Renewables" is a program designed for members who wish to voluntarily contribute small change each month to support future renewable energy projects within Consumers Energy's service territory. Consumers Energy will distribute the "Round-Up For Renewables" Program funds to members with qualifying facilities.
   
   
2. Who should support the "Round-Up For Renewables" Program?
   Everyone! It doesn't take a whole lot of ¢ents to support renewable energy, whether it is wind generation, a biomass digester or solar energy because it is better for the environment than traditional energy sources.
   
   
3. How does the "Round-Up For Renewables" Program work?
   It's simple. Each month Consumers Energy "rounds up" the energy bills of contributing members to the next highest dollar. For example, a member's monthly bill of $53.76 would automatically be rounded up to $54.00, with the additional 24 ¢ents going to support the "Round-Up For Renewables" Program. Your contribution will become effective beginning with the month's bill following our receipt of the authorization form.
