Consumers Energy is committed to providing safe and reliable electric service to our members. Our employees are trained and qualified in screening and resolving complaints and will work to assist in answering your questions. If your complaint is related to Consumers Energy’s service rather than its rates, and Consumers Energy does not resolve your complaint, you may request assistance from the Iowa Utilities Board.
